15. SMS COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-IN INFORMATION
Raleigh Laser & Aesthetics (a DBA of FoundationMED, PLLC) offers SMS text messaging as a way to communicate with clients and prospective clients. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to our SMS program.

You provide your number and consent to receive SMS messages through one of our intake forms (our online booking form, our website contact form, our /sms page chat widget, or in person at our office). Opt-in is always explicit, never pre-checked, and never required to use our website or book services.
How we use it. We use SMS data to send appointment reminders, aftercare and pretreatment instructions, replies to questions you initiate, occasional promotional offers about our services, and follow-up communications. We use it for no other purpose.
No sharing of SMS opt-in data.
